Many people know the sounds that accompany errors on computers, tablets or phones. Washers can also notify the user of a problem. The display of the unit is capable of displaying more than 30 types of codes.

Thanks to the alphanumeric combination, the owner will locate the problem and evaluate the possibility of fixing the problem on his own.

List of error codes for Bosch washing machines

In order to assess the complexity of the problem that has arisen, it is necessary to correctly read the digital code and recognize the malfunction. We provide a list of the most common and common errors with Bosch washing machines. The list is not complete; some errors duplicate each other. The detailed table of user codes can be found in the technical documentation for the product.

· F01 — the drum door is not closed. Make sure it fits snugly against the tank.

· F02 — water does not flow into the washing machine. Check the opening of the water supply tap and check the hose mesh for clogging.

· F03 — water does not leave the device. In this case, the filter must be cleaned. If cleaning doesn’t work, the problem may be with the drain pump itself, its impeller, or controller.

· F19 — water does not heat up in the machine. Here, there may be: a raid on the heating element or failure of the heating element, a malfunction in the heating system or insufficient voltage in the network.

· F21 — repair drive motor, relay or tachogenerator.

· F22 — malfunction of the temperature sensor.

· F23 — aquastop. This error occurs if water leaks or accumulates in the sump of the machine. Sometimes the aquastop mode starts when the wires and contacts of the device are broken.

· F25 — there is no rinsing of the laundry. May appear as a result of plaque on the water sensor or breakdown of the pressure switch. The following errors are rare and indicate a serious technical problem. In these cases, you cannot do without calling a specialist.

· E02 — engine breakdown.

· E67 — the control module is out of order.

· F67 — software check required.

· F63 — the processor of the device is being checked.

What to do after detecting a problem in the washing machine?

After detecting the code on the display, you need, if possible, to fix the problem, and then restart the machine. Sometimes rebooting the device helps to get rid of the error. This is required in the following way.

Turn on the set 6 o’clock. Press the “Spin” button with one hand, and with the other — set the handle to 7 o’clock. As a result of pressing, the display will show 8:88. After that, the handle must be moved for 5 hours and the unit must be turned off.

When you do the above, the error will disappear from the unit display, but the problem will not be eliminated this way. Therefore, you urgently need to contact specialists to repair the failed equipment.
